Returns
Our hassle free 30 day return policy applies only to items returned to us in brand new, pristine condition. Items returned incomplete, used or damaged will not be refunded. Please verify that you have received the correct item and that the item you ordered will work for your purposes before testing, powering on, installing or otherwise using the items. Should you order the incorrect item you will need to pay for postage to return the item to us - packaged properly and safely - and you will not be eligible for a refund of any of the shipping charges - including the original postage. If you order an item which ships for free and you return it unused and in pristine condition, you will be eligible for the price of the order less the costs incurred to ship it and less up to 25% restocking. Until the return is received by us you are responsible for ensuring it arrives at our location safely. Refused items within Canada may be subject to restocking fees and you will be charged for the shipment both to and from your provided shipping address. International shipments which are refused will not be eligible for a refund and will be abandoned. Any cut wire, cloth - including Tolex or Mellotone products - or Special Orders are final sale. We are not responsible for items left for 30 days or longer at our location. Speakers, drivers and any electrical components will not be eligible for refund once powered, wired or installed.
Returns will not be accepted unless prior authorization has been provided by Q Components and an RMA number has been supplied to you, the customer. The RMA number must be visible on the returned parcel.
