Q: When will my order ship out?
A: While we do try our best to have all in stock orders placed before 12:00PM shipped out before the end of the day same day sometimes we cannot fulfill that time frame and we will try and have the order out the next day.
Q: I purchased a speaker and used it. Can I return or exchange it?
A: After a speaker has been used it is not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns or exchanges. In the case of free shipping orders to you the customer, then our cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from the refund.
Q: Do you have recone kits for JBL, Polk Audio or Yamaha speaker drivers?
A: While we do stock recone kits for some Celestion, B&C and Eminence speakers we do not sell recone kits for the any other brands.
Q: Can you repair my speaker for me?
A: We do not repair speakers however we do sell components often times needed to fix them. If you are in the Kitchener/Waterloo area we would recommend you contact Gragal Electronics at (519) 886-3630.
Q: Can you tell me which speaker I can use to replace an old blown woofer/tweeter/mid?
A: Yes, we can do our best in finding you a replacement driver for your cabinet however we do not have the specs for every speaker ever made. Please use the contact us form to send us an e-mail with a photo of the rear of the woofer with three measurements, impedance, bolt circle diameter and baffle hole diameter.
Q: What is the Bolt Circle Diameter (B.C.D)?
A: The bolt circle diameter (B.C.D) a.k.a. P.C.D is the distance from the centre of one bolt hole to the centre of the bolt hole opposite of that one. This is important to find a proper fitting replacement driver for your speaker.
Q: I purchased some Tolex/Grill Cloth/Fabric. Can I return or exchange it?
A: As each order of fabric including Tolex, grill cloth or anything else of that type is cut to size, they are all final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Q: I live close by. Can I make a purchase at your location?
A: Yes, we are located in Waterloo, Ontario at 638 Colby Drive and you can stop by between Monday and Friday 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (4 p.m. on Friday).
Q: I received a product that the box has been previously opened. Why is this?
A: Due to the fragile nature of speakers or products that have no external label code, we reserve the right to check the speaker or other product to ensure it is properly functional at the time of shipment from our warehouse or that it includes the proper product that has been ordered. This requires us to open the product packaging to inspect the product. To be noted not all products will be checked before leaving our warehouse and inspection is at our discretion.
Q: I looked at a product on your website and it doesn't match the specs from the manufacturer's website. Why is this?
A: While we do our best to keep the over 2500 products on our website correct and current, unfortunately we are unable to 100% guarantee the accuracy of the product information on our website. In many cases a manufacturer will re-rate the specifications of a speaker without notice, or certain specs may not be available. If you see what may be a potential error please notify us so that we can correct the error. We will appreciate it.
